Eating local in Greenland is a bit of a challenge- not many edible plants thrive in the Arctic. But there are plenty of muskox, seal and even whale (hunted legally) for the adventurous diner in the surprisingly rich culinary scene of Nuuk, Greenland (pop. 17,000). Paula Froelich braved an arctic blizzard to check out the gourmet fare at Safarlik for this episode of A Broad Abroad on Yahoo Travel.
